If you’ve been following my blog for long (or if you have taken time to peruse our past posts) you know that I am a huge fan of professional development as a business growth strategy. Periodic ventures out of my own backyard (which is the Portland, OR area) in the last few years of travel* have been catalytic in the opportunities and awakenings. My most recent trip was no disappointment. Besides sitting under the teaching of current guru, Brendon Burchard at the Experts Academy learning how to increase impact and influence sharing your message for 4 days, I got to rub shoulders with peeps who are face-forward on the journey of building their empires.
One of those who stands head and shoulders above the crowd both literally and figuratively is David Rendall, author of the Freak Factor. I loved his message and positivity when we met over a networking dinner during the event and over the course of a few days we managed to grab a few minutes to learn more. One of the things I appreciate and admire is that his very being gives you permission to celebrate the freak within. How fun is that?!
I took the test, downloaded the book on my Kindle and will be hosting an event in June in Portland so you can meet him too.
