I am convinced the answer is what it has been for a long time…follow the money trail. Somewhere money is changing hands and you can be part of it.
Ask yourself…
• Where is money changing hands?
• What are your prospects looking for?
• What are they buying from your competitors?
• Can you offer a new product or updated service to meet the need?
Reinvention is still the theme of the day. Innovating to serve customers well is the name of the game.
Unsure? Ask your customers what they want now. Furthermore, ask them about the trends they see in the next year. Make a practice of it. This is your ticket to continued sales and profitability.
