We’ve had a busy summer. Our team spent many hours surveying, researching, and assessing trends in small business. Many of our new products and programs are the results of our synergistic efforts.
But, at the end of the summer, we assessed that the current Connectworks team model was not a structure that plays to each one’s strengths. Can you imagine? Regardless of our focus on helping others work in their strengths, we’d slipped into an environment that was not enhancing our own! Now that we know better, we’ve recast the Connectworks model.
- Karen M. O’Keefe is launching her own consulting practice. Karen will continue to serve clients in business growth strategy and action plans in collaboration with Connectworks.
